In response to $PSRU being attractive as it one of not very many tickers that are OTCID:
Indeed - many other OTC tickers have been trading OTC Pink Limited since before July 1, 2025 and those trying to get off EM are having trouble sourcing a SEC Approved Attorney that is willing to do 2 > 7 filings. One of the tickers I know is coming back - as it already has a reverse merger lined up - is only now having success in signing a CPA up at its 3rd attempt.
