In response to possibility of everything in the OTC running - especially those that are OTCID and currently at .0001 - I wrote:
In November 2020, everything on the OTC did in fact start running up sequentially through to March 2021.
One of the first was a No Bid x .0001 ticker that had had no updates from the CEO in several years - it started to get .0001s bought seriously on November 24, 2020 after some covert buying in August.
By mid-December 2020, it had all the .0001s bought out - both initially and whenever they were walked down below .0002s that had already started - for a total of 866M bought at .0001 and 244 M bought at .0002.
By end-December 2020, it had 897M bought at .0002 and 1,112M bought at .0001.
By January 5, 2021, it had done 61M at .0003 / 1,256M .0002 / 1,112M .0001
There was a period of consolidation at .0005 late-January when low-level flippers got out - in theory the entire Unrestricted Outstanding share count had been traded twice - that allowed new interest in - those that sold missed out on the subsequent run to .0055+
By February 1, 2021, it had done 28M .0006 / 674M .0005 / 992M .0004 / 640M .0003 / 1,486M .0002 / 1,147M .0001
By February 9, 2021, it had done 6M .0012 / 256M .0011 / 130M .0010 / 141M .0009 / 235M .0008 / 210M .0007 / 240M .0006 / 821M .0005 / 1,053M .0004 / 640M .0003 / 1,1486M .0002 / 1,147M .0001
That indicated how those who flipped at .0005 or less had to chase to get back in by .0011
It was .0012 > .0014 gone + .0015 started by February 10 then .0015 > .0025 gone on February 11 and .0047 by April 6
After consolidation and good trading on dips from profit taking and manipulation down, it got the .0050+ break on July 22 and .0056 by July 22.
This particular ticker only had a few items in business development at the time compared to the many that $PSRU has.
The above illustrates that even if a ticker doesn't make it to .01 the same year after breaking .0055, there are months worth of trading opportunity to take profits in the .0030 > .0050 range on the way down rather than flipping for peanuts under .0020 or worse still .0010
