Hi misiu, Thank you for all your contributions.

Thank you for all your contributions. I’ve always admired your insights as a medical professional, and I feel the compassion in what you write. However, I think you’ve made your point about the current trial design not being optimal. I’m not sure if saying it over and over is productive. Dr JL strikes me as being a very intelligent man. I’m sure knows better than anyone (with possible exception of Ohm) what LL can do and how best to apply it. However, he has to navigate his ship through the waters of the FDA requirements.
In his recent interview, he said he has always been a patient advocate first. That is thing that motivates him to do what he does. I think he will do his utmost to insure the trial participants receive the best care that is possible.
What might be detrimental is, if there are patients or their doctors contemplating enrolling in the trial and they see what is posted here about how the trial needs to be modified, they may decide not to enroll. As it is, enrollment is going slower than we had all hoped.
