mCRC is a different cancer , we not sure what will happen here , but we don't want to give ICI just to anyone , just to the patients who's PD-L1 will go up..
The point is , in previous mTNBC we didn't know all this , the doctor who treated later with ICI was a luck.
Now we know better , and we should use what we know to design our protocol the best way for our patients , and our trial.
As it is now , it is not good for anyone.
IMO.
