Great finds and information, BB!

In some of my investigations, I found this interesting informatiton about the Leronlimab and Maraviroc molecules. The enormous difference in molecule size would seem to influence where each might be most useful, such as diseases involving the blood/brain barrier, although research has seemed to indicate that Leronlimab, as large as it is, can still get through that barrier pretty well. I suspect it does this with the help of a "sponsor" immune cell such as a macrophagh. Just a guess.

Anibamine
Formula: C₂₉H₄₅N
Molecular weight: ~407 g/mol
Class: Piperidine alkaloid
Notes: Lipophilic, relatively simple alkaloid structure compared to synthetic drugs.

Maraviroc
Formula: C₂₉H₄₁F₂N₅O
Molecular weight: ~514 g/mol (!!!)
Class: Synthetic small molecule (triazole-containing)
Notes: More complex, fluorinated structure with multiple heterocycles → designed for high CCR5 affinity and oral bioavailability.

Leronlimab (PRO 140)
Formula: Not given as a simple molecular formula (it’s a protein).
Molecular weight: ~146,000–150,000 Da (kDa) (!!!)
Composition: Humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody → made up of amino acids (approx. 1328 amino acids in heavy + light chains).
Notes: Because it’s a biologic, we describe it by molecular weight and amino acid sequence, not a concise chemical formula like small molecules.

✅ Comparison Snapshot

Compound Formula / Composition MW (g/mol) Type

Anibamine C₂₉H₄₅N ~407 Natural small molecule (alkaloid)
Maraviroc C₂₉H₄₁F₂N₅O ~514 Synthetic small molecule
Leronlimab Protein (IgG4 antibody) ~1328 aa

Table formatting problems again here. I think you can figure it out.
