Those are all correct Mikey but it would be a very poor business decision to have ANY restrictions on his talking. Personally I don't want him to merge it before the 1st. Most of corporate America stays pretty quiet during their quiet period, sure they still do some PR's but this should be HUGE and Doc needs to speak without "measuring every word". He will wait, but it is only a little over a week now, assuming everything is ready on both sides.
