No way is David going to merge before October 1st. That would make for a lot of work to get the financials out in the 6 weeks allowed, probably taking most of that time. that makes for a long "quiet period" that he would have to be careful what he said and that is not the way to launch. He needs to be free to talk, so he will wait until October 1st, post the empty Univec 3rd quarter financials that can be done by noon, wait for the market to close and launch. I AM NOT saying we see this on the first but I do think October is probably our month.
