Gambler: I'll see your comment by Jay on CRC enrollment and raise you Jay's closing thank you to shareholders. (I mean what the hell --- we've all got way too many chips anyway, so why not play them.)
The moderator is on camera and is signing off when Jay, almost urgently, interrupts him to interject a thank you to CYDY's long suffering shareholders, which Jay concludes with the phrase "as we move to open waters" (or something very close to that). And the next day CYDY announces receipt of the S-3 Notice of Effectiveness authorizing sale of 100 million worth of its remaining stock.
As someone who used to earn his living, in part, by attempting to read witnesses on the stand, I thought I might be watching a heartfelt thank you to the poor souls who had stayed the course and were now finally about to be transported to "open waters" by the BP investor on the other end of that S-3.
But, on the other hand, as my darling wife was happy to point out: " Honey, you haven't been in a courtroom in over 20 years."
