I came across LL in January 2014 searching for a cure for HIV through CCR5 blockage post-Timothy Brown (not necessarily gp120 or CXCR4 blockage) but this is ALSO including CXCR4 phenotypes??
I read it yet again…so this is turning “cold” T cells “HOT”. Has such a thing ever been described? We have cold tumors turning hot with the “priming” of LL (how, not, if is the question that plagues me) and now T-cells can turn “hot” from “cold”?
My head is spinning.
Immediate questions in my head: How or can this be applied to HIV Cure and what implications could this possibly have either HIV reservoirs?
