On occasion I ponder the "what ifs" that can mater

On occasion I ponder the "what ifs" that can materialize and the one that always keeps coming back is, "What if the patent expires before we can get FDA approval?" This "what if" comes to mind only when I'm trying to reason out the benefit to big pharma if Leronlimab's patent expires. To me, this would not make any sense because any company in any country could get the drug approved (with time of course) and sell it and still put big pharma out of business. So the only logic to mass shorting to me is that some big pharma wants Leronlimab and wants it dirt cheap and expects the patents to be extended with on going research and development. Perhaps we are currently in their desired price zone and we will be hearing something relatively soon. I believe we will be getting some positive movement in price no later than mid July, but it will be connected to a long-term partnership with multiple layers of opportunity for share holder value. It's the only logical outcome I can see. Shorting this stock to bankruptcy will only screw big pharma in the long run. JMHO.
