An exceedingly overbroad claim. The underlying cause of many diseases is not inflammation, inflammation just exacerbates the disease state. Immune dysregulation and inflammation can take what would be fairly benign and elevate it to a catastrophe. Take cancer as an example. In a normal immune state the immune system would destroy aberrant tumor cells. The tumor itself hijacks the immune system to push for an M2 macrophage state that protectants the tumor while reducing M1 macrophages that would kill it. The underlying cause is genetic mutations that allow uncontrolled growth of the cancers own cells. Inflammation or lack of inflammation is not the cause but without a dysregulated immune state the genetically altered tumor cells would be killed before there could be much growth.

I have mentioned leronlimab as prophylactic care many times especially in people whose families are genetically disposed to certain diseases. With the high level of genetic testing that is available it would be worthwhile to test for genetic abnormalities in those cases. The downside is that Cytodyn will almost certainly not get around to testing as prophylaxis in those cases as it could mean decades long studies. However, after approval doctors can dictate prescriptions as they see fit.
