Hoops,...your premise that Lerronlimab could be served up as a frontline defense/Prophylatic treatment has much merit.
Inflammation is practically at the heart of All diseases...as the body addresses any invader/intruder by summoning bodily fluids (inflammation) as an initial defense...and that can cause overcharging by the bodys natural reaction...i.e..Cytokine storm.
We all know... how that played out in Covid-19.
