Level 16 in the underground mine is located at a depth of 695 meters below surface. This level is part of the True North Mine and is being used for rehabilitation and exploration activities, including underground drilling to reach specific targets. Since Rice Lake is only 4.33 square kilometers with a maximum depth of 5.7 meters, the underground tunnels can extend in all directions several hundred meters below the Rice Lake.

Vision for the future

Shaun Heinrichs reckons that the company can produce 80,000 ounces of gold annually at ore throughput rate of 1,300 tonnes per day, ramping up to 150,000 ounces annually within 5 years at throughput rate of 3,000 tonnes per day. By this time next year there will be significant gold resources delineated.

With annual production of 80,000 ounces and at gold price of US$2900, annual sales will be US$232 million. At All In Sustaining Cost of $1400 per ounce, profit will be US$1,500 per ounce which translates into net profit of US$3000 million (CAN$4200 million) over the 10 years of mine life, producing in excess of 2 million ounces of gold. Future share price is projected to be CAN$4200 million / 400 million shares = CAN$10 per share, a 5,000% return from current price of 20 cents, assuming future share outstanding will be at 400 million shares.


Anticipated additional gold resources:

SAM Southeast area: 0.3 million ounces
SAM West area: 0.3 million ounces
Ogama-Rockland, Central Manitoba area: 0.34 million ounces

Current 1.1 million ounces resource estimate plus anticipated additional gold resources in this year's drill programs = In excess of 2 million ounces gold.

Within 1911 Gold's immense properties, there may still be ample of resources in the unexplored areas waiting to be discovered.

Tentative gold pouring date is scheduled in the second half of 2026.
