The existing ore processing mill alone has a replacement value of $300 million and the current 1.1 million ounces of gold resources has a minimum value of $55 million at minimum Enterprise Value (EV) of $50 per ounce, so with current 195 million shares outstanding, the company's Net Assets Value Per Share (NAVPS) is at least $1.80 ($355 million / 195 million shares). The current share price is tremendously undervalued, the current market cap should be around $350 million and increasing with increasing Mineral Resource Estimate.
