Accountant or Auditor * As of this filing, the Company does not have a Tax Accounting firm. Corporate 1120 S returns have been reviewed by a licensed CPA. Under advisement, the PCAOB auditing firm will be disclosed upon filing of the Form 10 Registration . Company has engaged a PCAOB auditor whose opinion letter will be included with the OTC Markets Uplist application in May, 2025.
