first 3 started on 350 mg , if no problem for 42 days , after 2 Circulating cancer cells tests ,the
next 3 patients took 525 mg , again for 42 days,
After that all patients took 700 mg.

I just don't remember now , after FDA OK for us 700 mg dose , if all the patients they changed to 700 mg.

If not , then 6 patients were on less then 700 mg.

But in our CRC protocol , they also starting on different doses , but after safety committee will find no problems , patients will be change to 700 mg.

This I don't remember exactly with our previous trial.
