Why make women who will die of Tnbc wait up to two years to receive LL. A grass roots campaign needs to be started to letter writing, calling and visitations to every oncologist is US ... informing them of the results and imploring them to give their patients access to compassionate use of LL. This would result in a Phase 3/4 trail (sort of). Why let these women die because of the slow process of drug approval. Crash down the walls of bureaucracy of the FDA with unlimited use of "compassionate use". I was impressed by the number of "compassionate use patients in the data. Time to go "full Monty", but then again maybe the management has this handled and why they are going May 15th
