Jake you make excellent points...as have others...Last thing I want to do is misrepresent the reasons behind Dr. Pestells trip intentions...with that I contacted Cytodyn to verify whether it is simply a poster representation with him in attendance or something else...not heard back yet..I also contacted ESMO with the same questions and await a reply...I will post as I am informed in both cases.
As you point out, perhaps July is the tipping point...and all else points in that direction. Some have suggested bringing the lady patients as proof...I thought that would be in very poor taste. Incidentally,...didn't we get picked out as one of four...out of hundreds the last time... something like this took place.
I have attended things like this in the retail field...electronics...vehicles etc...and have always thought them to be little more than a dog and pony show... maybe this type of forum is much the same...As a point of interest..how does a poster board represent the fact that these ladies have survived this long and have no signs of reoccurence...a poster board seems pretty pathetic to convey that message.
