If this is real (I trust Schwab but we won't know until we know), my guess is that at some point they will either announce a partnership or announce that an investor has purchased X amount of shares for X amount of money. If they don't announce it we will certainly see it in a filing at some point because our cash position or current assets will be multiples of what it is now.
