I have finally discovered the identity of CYDY's funder to be, through exhaustive detective work.

Tony's Corvette shop is in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Tony Corvette must be too.
2) Very near Mr. Corvette is AstraZeneca's 3000-employee campus, on MediImmune Way in Gaithersburg.
