The maximum number of authorized shares of series B is 400,000 with a conversion rate to common shares of 1 to 10. This would equal 4,000,000 shares.
The maximum number of authorized shares of series C is 8,203 with a conversion rate to common shares of 1 to 2,000. This would equal 16,406,000 million shares.
