They could or already have. We have or had 20 percent of unrestricted preferred stock available for a deal just like this, according to the last sec filing.

It would be a a private transaction that wouldn’t effect daily transactions.

This is 100 percent possible with the outstanding shares we have authorized for the needs of the company.

The shares would be directly issued to the holder upon the deal.

The 279 million we had math works out too good for it not to make sense.

I’m starting to think this is definitely not an error on the brokers data end.
