They're in full force because they see the opportunity to shake the shaky now that a few misplaced guarantees have seemingly passed. Ridiculous benchmark but in reality what they fail to realize is that they're doing us all a great service. The more they shake loose, the bigger the positions of those that believe in the bigger picture get.
