Taking a look at Time & Sales, there are 1000's of transactions with most being one share.
Pretty funny on 20,000 volume
If there were 260,000 accounts with one share each, that could explain it, but 'they' didn't get their round up share.
Did 'they' short 260,000 shares, figuring they'd cover with their round up share before the plan went to poop?
