Did they open 260,000 trading accounts to 'do it' or were they already existing?
If there was only one share in the account and they receive a fractional cash payout, will they close the 260,000 accounts or would that be a red flag?
If the payout per one share is $0.00025, will 'they' tell VERB and/or their broker to just keep the change?
