Gates Foundation funding often targets health issues in low-income countries, and focuses on treatments that may not be financially viable for companies to pursue independently.
HIV is only one of the diseases found often in low-income countries for whic Leronlimab can be of tremendous use. And to do even the testing necessary for a tenth of those diseases is not at the moment financially possible for CYDY.
Okay, I'm saying it. The Gates Foundation is going to help CYDY pursue clinical trials.
