i wonder (since i have no way of knowing) if mgmt wanted to wait on issuing a PR (imo standard with any 10K filed and usually with a Q filing) until the court signed off *officially* re: sec settlement

i find it circumstantial (strictly coincidental) that the K was filed the same day the court signed off (18th)

the K being filed a day early was a cause for kudos .. the lack of a PR accompanying it .. was a cause for concern *imo*

that said .. within days a PR was issued with a date for a CC (even better imo  than a PR) that will be archived/accessed by all and with the request that all shareholders who had the interest submit questions/concerns

i could be completely wrong .. but i suspect this upcoming month (compressed time line of mid april to mid may) sets the stage for the co.s next level of execution

personally i'm interested in noting who speaks... what specifically is articulated/answered  and if mgmt comes across as confident and aware

well executed time lines are the best indicator going forward ..
