Excellent post. “The ship is rudderless and that is never good in a storm”.
That is a useful summary and perception of statements in the 10K. The 10K offered it with implications about John and others with controlling voting positions. It was bold and needs explanation. It could be Rauber’s move to control the rudder. It is his position. His future depends on the quality of his decisions, more so than the success or failure of JBII. Some see ulterior motives.
