The company is not falling a part as the company has not change a bit since it's inception. .

- if the company can not secure funding there is no assurance that propose projects will take place.

There was hope with street smart outdoors, there was hope with Medrecycler (which was very lucrative to a lot of shareholders) and there remains hope with a US Solar Panel and battery manufacturing facility as long as FoxEss and Sun Group remain in the picture.
