false narratives? Delinquent audited SEC filings is not a false narrative.
The company was DELINQUENT with audited SEC filings effective April 15, 2024 when it did not file its "audited" 2023 10-K
The company was DELINQUENT with audited SEC filings effective May 15, 2024 (no extension requested) when it did not file its "audited" Q1 10-Q
The company did not file its 15 (12g) to hide behind the curtain until July 16, 2024.
Now they're DELINQUENT with their "unaudited" OTC (dark room) filings for Q1 and Q2 2024.
They've had 5 months and 2 months to file their "unaudited" OTC Q1 and Q2 filings.
So, it begs the question, what's the problem? why not filing "audited" financials and disclosures?
And the paid pumpers are crying FUD????? LOL It seems the shareholders could have a lot more to fear (being blindfolded by the company) than counterpoint due diligence posts, on message boards, challenging the company's social media posts, website content and press releases.
Maybe, you haven't noticed that counterpoints have turned out to be very accurate over the past few years while the company has been falling apart and the stock getting destroyed?
It's a tough pill to swallow isn't. Then nobody has the b@llz to call the company out after 950K of SG&A was spent in 1 year and showed 58K of sales and a negative gross income in the same period.

Medrecycler repossessed by the Ceo, from shareholders no further pursuit to use 6 mil+ of equipment $ wasted), and the same ceo, approved and initiated a unheard of 4000:1 reverse split, and the same ceo started up a competitive solar power side company aka SolRay (non-disclosed) and made himself ceo, and then went dark with 15(12g) filing, to not have to disclose any further material events and carnage when the money ran out in September 2023.
All of the above after losing the only revenue agreements with transit advertising partners. Scoreboard since, ZERO sales and revenue now into a 5th consecutive quarter.
