The detail of the complaint shows how Unrestricted Shares were generated as payment for sham "consulting" and also shares that should have been Restricted were issued as Unrestricted.
This explains how there were suddenly additional relatively large amounts appearing on asks that had already been bought out - frustrating dip/surge traders like myself and turning the ticker more into a several day swing trade rather than a day trade over the past several months.
The announcement didn't have any adverse affect on trading today but we may well see some increased dip / surge activity in the days ahead as some of the people named are still involved in the "new business plan" company. I think most of the large "investment" holders left some time ago when the business plan changed.
