I've been suggesting this is the case since early to mid 2023 at the IHub asylum and on here also.
Its about Geopolitics...........East (China) vs West (USA, Australia, Italy).
Chinese companies have been using other Asian countries like Vietnam, Indonesia etc to "set up shop" to do this very thing, ie skirt US Sanctions/Tariffs, for some time now.
