everybody knows that clueless goofy sheriff frpm mayberry rfd. little jimmy's daily PROMOS, acting like the top cop, that will shut the company down. gomer was always screwing up andy's good police work. then andy gives the gomer, the poor clueless dumbass fella credit. same situation here and ihub, when karma lets little jimmy take credit for screwing up her due diligence used to get answers from the company while keeping it honest.
poor little jimmy probably screwing any investigation with his stupid regurgitation of stolen due diligence. when will his case turn into a mental case. hope, for his sake, they don't read the crazy whistleblower's tweets and posts.
jimmy screwed up simple straight forward due diligence, with his inaccuracies and guessing to fill in the blanks. so no doubt he will screw up his angry bat-crazy style of trying to start some sec investigation. they have quite the idiot on their hands. what happens when they find his posts pumping the stock back in 2018? will they put him in time out?
let's get back to the business we all left off with. That Australia importer agreement between SPP Australia Pty Ltd and GEP New Energy (another pivot?) to import their solar panels already shipped to GEP's U.S. entity.
No GEP stuff getting shipped except to other U.S. companies. Which is weird because we all thought GEP signed a 24 month (less than 10 months left) exclusive agreement with SPP (June 2023) to sell and distribute its panels? No Sun Pacific Power Australia showing up in any shipping logs.
How can not one GEP solar panel get sold or distributed, yet, after 14 months? Now, its been what? 4 months since the Australia importer bullshit Promo was tweeted about?
