poor little jimmy keeps banging the "shutting down" the company drum for 9 months now. but, how could any agency work with a liar and unable to interpret due diligence properly? he would be a nightmare crazed maniac to work with IMHO.
here's another good example of the idiot little jimmy's screwing up.
after he was told dozens of times, he wasn't indicted, when little jimmy would keep puking up his inaccurate version of others' accurate DD, like a buffoon!

The ceo did NOT used their (ceo co-owned) side company, not just wife's, to "train" solar sales people. little jimmy can't read well. especially the 2023 annual disclosure. otherwise, numbnuts jimmy would have learned that CaC realty invested in a sales and marketing company. CaC did not "purportedly" train solar sales people directly.
keep screwing up little jimmy. what happens to whistleblowers when they keep screwing up the facts and act like threatening caged animals on social media? do they get fired?
