Madgril dosen't have to be just 1 upfront payment to Cytodyn. As (if) they develop through to approval, each milestone could require a certain addtl payment to Cytodyn, say within 60 - 90 days, or whichever.
Optional forms of payment on the clinical milestones, @ our choosing.
We can't give Exclusive Rights & as MGK pointed out, with LL, their ability to go from 315k patient population, to i think said over 10m, for say an upfront $75 - $100m. Or even $200m total.
If they had to create a LL from scratch, what would be the cost today? Far, far more.
But structured, stair stepping payments would be doable for them, & continue rightfully, strengthening our treasury.
Once market approval, modify to a % of all Madgril LL sales.
We make some money upfront without giving away phenominal iP value, & dosen't break them.
