“I have no idea what labs etc Cytodyn contracted for but it is a 12 week study and frankly targeting progression to MASH and associated fibrosis.”
Our PR was June 27th announced start of trial. 31 days in July, and counting weekends, we should be at 61 days, or 9 weeks into this 12 week study. Just 3 to go, plus compilation, analysis, write-up etc. Hoping for beautiful pink mouse livers.
Somebody mentioned awhile back to treat for 20 weeks to take a stab at HCC also. But should achieve beautiful livers at 12 weeks, that progression would be halted in these mice. No possibility of HCC.
An HCC attempt with STAM mice would need to start later in progression, I assume. I would think? Uncompromised by LL, and close Cancer.
But could be worth a second short trial with Mice near to HCC state. IMHO.
