Here's a hypothetical situation:

Say Elkind contracted BB and MVP to take this stock down.  He gives them a budget of 20k each.  They load 100 mill at .0002 apiece, they dump those 100 at .0004-5, reload again at .0002, but since they have double or more they pick up 225 mill apiece.  They secure their initial budget of 20k, and play with the rest, taking loss, painting, whatever it takes to keep it in the channel.  they are playing with house money, so it shouldn't matter if the have gain/loss's.  They will make the market appear how they want to fit their agenda.  So, between those two, plus whatever Elkind is doing on the side, the could potentially have 450 million shares to keep hammering us with.  Add in Mikey with my estimate of 100 mill plus, and his crew ~40-60 mill, and we have enough shares on our shoulders to keep us down.  We need results to shake them off and move forward.
