$ASII pushing into the $0.0008s now. RS cancelled, no Auth increase and convertible debt in discussions.. could this be converted to preferred? reduced? paid off? Doesn't 'sound' like converted to common, need the RS then. #NFA but this could break $0.001 and run #imo
