The down sizing was largely Tanya's affect. Which is a great segue way to this post which ties the day up quite nicely in my view. I have no idea what the super dark secret of Tanya holding us back is, but I see ER's point a little, but through this lens.
When Tanya came on, it was basically to serve a specific purpose. She has done that well. And thank you very much. But perhaps the time has come for a new approach. Her goals being fulfilled and her necessity expiring are converging. It seems to me, if it's in the offing, it’s about doing the changeover absolutely correctly and at the exact correct moment.
My guess is that she stays until the science guys get a few more successes and maybe even income. The sound of her whip-cracking helps me sleep at night. But all hyperbole aside, I have no idea why some have their hackles raised.
