The FBI troubled youth outreach program found this poor loner, inbred kid that has been picked on his whole life and was so vulnerable to being manipulated that it was ridiculous. They probably found him at the local public gun range contemplating suicide. They approached him with some cool guy FBI h0 m0 with muscles and sunglasses and some cool guns and realized he was their mark when he immediately soaked up any friendliness like a dry sponge. This kid probably never had anyone treat him nice in his entire life. The human need to connect with people is so strong at a young age and when you've been deprived of it, it leaves you unbelievably vulnerable to sociopaths that hunt this down like wolves after freshly born calves. They worked this kid up, tought him some basic counter sniper tactics, etc... and then a few months later comes the trump rally, and guess what, the secret service is short a man, they need an extra counter sniper on the roof, ''shhh, don't tell anybody, we'll take care of anything if you need to shoot someone'' they told him, and voila! They have their patsy on the roof, while the other guy on the water tower behind him shoots the crowd up and maybe trump. They blow the kids head off and it's a wrap. And yes, there are people in each of these agencies that are that evil.
