NB-0 filing would disclose a “Nothing Burger - Zero event
Walls, the guy makes things up as he reads those forbidden tea leaves.
He will still be looking for a tea leaf when the bankrupt company is for sale on a New Jersey county courthouse stairs.Maybe he’ll find a nice stapler in the pile of junk from some old office.
Zero revenue in last filing, 4000:1 reverse split, 3.5 mi of debt, losing almost 1 mi in net operations, no filings, for 7 months to get to a Form 15?
