If it’s a material event, an 8-k should be issued.
If it’s not a material issue, an 8-k need not be issued.
Trying to apply the previous America 8-k to the Australia partnership doesn’t satisfy reporting of a material event in Australia.
Since no 8-k has been issued for Australia, interpret this to no material event.
