I'm here to tell you, the poster is more clueless than the poster that asked him a question in the previous post.
The company had 6 months to File a Form 15 and didn't. Instead it chose to blow off filings to prevent the public from seeing what brutal financial condition the company is in. During the blow-off public period of 6 months it then built a narrative of "to avoid trolls and bashers" by relying on a tweet that is now considered to be fraudulent.
Why is there a problem with the lame excuse Jan 16, 2024 tweet? Because the wizard stated he would be providing an update, "when we're ready", and via an "8-K". So, just think about the wizard knowing what he was going to do, and why, 6 months ago, with respect to yesterday's Form 15. Then think about what took place, 2 months before any trolls and bashers tweet, being the "non-disclosed" registration of a covert side company, by the name of SolRay, on November 28, 2023. The wizard got caught with SolRay's website being developed and left live on the internet showing Snpw's ceo also listed as SolRay's ceo.

There was never going to be an 8-K per the wizard's tweet. It was all about setting up the pins "in the dark" by using bashers and trolls as an excuse to buy time.
Then consider Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd being formed on November 30, 2023. And, also, never listed as a Snpw subsidiary. And suddenly becomes best buddies with Spp partner GEP Vietnam for some Australia import PROMO.
Karma has told us numerous times, it will not end well, and it won't. Can't hide for too much longer. Tick tock on the SEC clock. They're a very intelligent commission. Much smarter than a fake N95 mask salesman needing to set up a fake reference letter for a state governmental agency on phony letterhead.
