If yesterday filing of Form 15-12G is being used for the company to go into a "Dark Period" (not required to meet SEC filings requirements) to avoid being placed in the expect market ( to protect share price) and allows the company to operate in stealth mode to hinder individuals from interfering with on going business activities it does seem to follow what they tweeted.
