when they had the meeting with some 20-40 top executives becoming part of the exchange. these aren't just random investors interested in the exchange. these are selected/ selective entrepreneurs who I'm sure have been informed of the nature of things."

Change is hard, you have to build, direct the infrastructure, connect operations and backroom administration.Then you make it work.
