that remains to be seen. Whether the SEC posts it or not..But if a stock exchange is registered there is no reason to believe it wouldn't be public record.
I'm just saying that Joe said he would update the website when things materialize. I think it is a moot point however...

Lots of things were said in the past that haven't panned out that DE and Doc have said... That's the past...looking forward now... it disappointed then...and if we have more delays then it will happen again...lol.

Those "heavy hitters" I'm certain are aware of the circumstances.
when they had the meeting with some 20-40 top executives becoming part of the exchange. these aren't just random investors interested in the exchange. these are selected/ selective entrepreneurs who I'm sure have been informed of the nature of things.

Even if what we "think" to be expected but something just as material is revealed in the podcast it will be positive because it's one major step forward.

I personally don't think we're going to see uplist until the fall. With that being said..Sept/ Oct is a time away from July 30th. lots can happen over that time frame. imho
