What if multiple private companies owned by the Doc are

What if multiple private companies owned by the Doc are listed on the Dream exchange all under the Unvc umbrella? If I remember correctly not long ago Univec conglomerate was the buzz. I believe that would take care of the income and shell issues. That would also explain the lack of available information.
Not saying I am correct but definitely an interesting concept.
