IMO, and I am no expert, the answer to all the important questions is "he could not".
It has always been my opinion that before we join NASDAQ, DE, Uncle Bob's big stocks, etc that we MUST bring in the private companies or show a joint venture worth big $ before anyone would accept UNVC into the fold.
