That link has been up for 7 months. Who cares?
Who cares about this company with ANOTHER COMING SOON link on a public company's website? It was tweeted at around the same time the SolRay team was colluding, covertly, led by the Snpw ceo, to form the competitive side company SolRay.
It's a foreign Proprietary (PTY) entity. If it was owned by Snpw, it would have required an 8-K. It's not owned by Sun Pacific Power Corp either. But, then again, we've witnessed the company could give a sh#t about 8-Ks on more than a few occasions.
Do the correct due diligence and stop guessing or acting like you know the deal. This was already explained in previous posts.

It's a PTY LTD entity which means only a limited number of individuals can own shares. The shares of a PTY LTD are not available to the public.
Sun Pacific Power Australia PTY LTD is a big Nothing Burger. It's just a distraction PROMO. WAKE UP PEOPLE!! It will end up in the "other companies" graveyard along with:
