You do NOT own Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd
Pty Ltd is short for ‘proprietary limited’ and describes a particular type of private company structure commonly used in Australia. These private companies are privately owned with a limited number of shareholders. They do not offer their shares to the general public. Pty Ltd company shareholders also have limited legal responsibility for the company’s debts.
Now, you know why Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd is NOT a Snpw subsidiary. IMHO, It is just another show dog for Snpw hype by association. No different that ceo new side company (SolRay) set up at about the same time (11/28/23) as Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd was announced (12/13/23).
All orchestrated and hyped up on twitter in Q4 2023 and Q1 2024 AND, IRONICALLY, NO SEC FILINGS FOR Q4 2023 and Q1 2024
So, is Snpw loan money and/or post split available shares (convertible??) helping to fund the new private SPP Australia Pty Ltd entity and side company and/or SolRay, new team members, never hired/named/assigned as directors, operations mgr or advisors, by Snpw, for a reason??
Let us see if Turner Stone can handle piecing together Snpw 2023 10-k and 2024 Q1 10-Q filings. And Q2 2024 10-Q du in a few weeks. IMHO, I doubt it!
